রিফান্ড এবং রিটার্ন পলিসি (Refund and Returns Policy)
INTRO BD-এ আপনাকে স্বাগতম। আমাদের পণ্য বা সেবা নিয়ে আপনি সন্তুষ্ট না হলে, নিচে দেওয়া নিয়ম অনুযায়ী রিটার্ন বা রিফান্ড পেতে পারেন:
১. রিটার্ন (Returns)
- পণ্যটি পাওয়ার পর থেকে সর্বোচ্চ ৭ থেকে ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্ন করতে হবে।
- পণ্যটি সম্পূর্ণ অব্যবহৃত, অক্ষত এবং আসল প্যাকেজিং করাসহ থাকতে হবে।
- ক্রয়ের রসিদ বা ক্যাশমেমো অবশ্যই সাথে থাকতে হবে।
২. রিফান্ড (Refunds)
- আপনার ফেরত পাঠানো পণ্যটি আমরা পেয়ে পরীক্ষা করার পর আপনাকে রিফান্ডের সিদ্ধান্ত জানিয়ে দেব।
- রিফান্ড অনুমোদিত হলে, আপনার ব্যবহৃত পেমেন্ট মাধ্যমে (বিকাশ/নগদ/ব্যাংক) কয়েক কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে টাকা ফেরত পাঠানো হবে।
৩. ডেলিভারি বা শিপিং খরচ (Shipping)
- পণ্য ফেরত পাঠানোর জন্য ডেলিভারি বা শিপিং খরচ গ্রাহককে নিজেকে বহন করতে হবে। শিপিং খরচ অফেরতযোগ্য (Non-refundable)।
৪. অফেরতযোগ্য বিষয় (Non-Returnable Items)
- ডিজিটাল পণ্য, ডাউনলোডযোগ্য সফটওয়্যার এবং কাস্টমাইজড পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে কোনো রিটার্ন বা রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়।

Refund and Returns Policy
Welcome to INTRO BD. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with our simple return and refund process:
1. Returns
- You have 7 to 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- A proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.
2. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method (bKash/Nagad/Bank) within a few working days.
3. Shipping Costs
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Digital products, downloadable software, and customized items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
